Digital Products Refund Policy
At Zipped Packs, we strive to provide high-quality digital products to our customers. As we deal exclusively with digital goods, we operate under the understanding that these products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for purchases made on our website.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products, by their very nature, cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. Unlike physical products, which can be physically returned, digital products cannot be “unbought” or returned. Once a customer has purchased and downloaded one of our digital products, they gain access to its contents, which cannot be reversed.
Exceptions
